Project management, requirements redaction
The project management consists in:
- Before the project starts: to assist the customer in formalizing the expression of its needs, to draft its specifications or its invitation to tender, to clarify the professional standards and the technical, administrative, qualitative or legal measures which must be applied and respected
- During and after the project: check the conformity of documentations according to the specifications. It also has to foresee and prepare the departments to receive the new application, new network services, etc.
Guideline and report of expert
We advise you in technology and architecture, we examine the state of the art, we perform comparative studies of market solutions, we perform cost (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) studies.
Technical and technological choices
Built like a study, a model, a POC, a pre-production platform, we acknowledge with you the technical, technological and organizational choices to clarify the needs and the most adequate mode of integration of the chosen solutions.
This activity can also take part in the project management during the checking of invitations of tender to assist the customer in making its choice.
Migration planning
Our profession is to integrate news technical and technological solutions in your information system.
In general you have a existing one and we must study closely with you all of your data, elements and constraints to migrate your information system in the best conditions and if possible without any data loss. The migration planning must also consider any services interruption and the users training.

Our aim is not be a solution or software editor but to adapt the existing solutions of our partners so that it can integrate in the information system of the customer.
This activity includes also some minor developments in following languages and environments: Visual Basic, C++, Java, Perl, PHP... in order to adapt the existing interfaces or to offer customers useful tools.
