Our services support to project owners (accountable) will allow you, as a CIO, CISO, Head of Service management, Head of Operations … to be assisted in your strategic missions bringing you reflection, analysis, advice and expertise, project management.
With the Sponsor and Authority support, you will have assistance to:
- identify strategic orientations, garner executive support and sponsor, build the steering committee
- gather the business needs, identify the use cases, the constraints and requirements, the standards of compliances
- Risks analysis, technical expertise, technology advisor, feasibility study (PoC, end-user demonstrator, pilots)
- Reversability, transferability and interoperability of Cloud Services, security and legal obligations, confidentiality needs, certifications
- Help for the choice of new technologies, solutions and services (solution "as a Service" / cloud)
- Request For Information, Request for Proposal (RFI/RFP) and buyers assistance
- help to define service strategy, Costs, TCO, ROI, budgets)
- identify keys to success, risks and success factors, the perimeters, the change management
- Start Governance, write the politics and first instructions, the guidelines and best practices
- Project management, Running the project, acceptances tests (User, Operation …)
- Assist Architects and Team responsible of service design and engineering
- Go Live, Rolling out, help to start exploitation, indicators
- Etc...
Migration planning
Our profession is to integrate news technical and technological solutions in your information system.
In general you have a existing one and we must study closely with you all of your data, elements and constraints to migrate your information system in the best conditions and if possible without any data loss. The migration planning must also consider any services interruption and the users training.

It is a historical job at DML, whence our name !
Our aim is not be a solution or software editor but to adapt the existing solutions of our partners so that it can integrate in the information system of the customer.
This activity includes also some minor developments in following languages and environments: Visual Basic, C++, Java, Perl, PHP... in order to adapt the existing interfaces or to offer customers useful tools.
